“Loneliness is as much a reality of life as night and rain and thunder, and it can be lived creatively, as any other experience. So I say, let there be loneliness, for where there is loneliness there is also love, and where there is suffering, there also is joy.”
~ Clark Moustakas
In today’s episode I’m going to be taking a deeper dive into the subject of loneliness, and hopefully sharing a new way to look at loneliness, especially if you’re a creative introvert.

Only half way through but loving this podcast i resonate so much.. a traveller myself and have been solo for over a decade… not in contact with family and lost friends in letting go of my old life and finding a more spiritual.. or maybe I’d just say a more real path. It’s so tough but so rewarding.. finding myself and my global tribe very slowly but surely. Community and time alone equally important to my being. Thanks for sharing feel much less lonesome listening to this 🙂
Thanks so much for your comment! It comforts me to know I’m not the only one, especially on the travelling front. Here’s to our global community growing!
