What's Your Creative Type? Take the quiz >>

In this episode of The Creative Introvert podcast I dig into how we can identify our personality type and use it to our advantage in our creative work.

Now, you might have heard of various personality type tests; StrengthsFinder, the Big Five, the Enneagram… and Myers-Briggs – which is what I’m going to be basing this on.
You may also have decided that this personality typing stuff is a load of hooey – that it’s closer to horoscopes than it is to scientifically backed research.
I’m not going to delve into the validity of this stuff. All I know is that it has shined a light on my own strengths, weaknesses and has deepened my self awareness in a way that I’ve found invaluable to my business and creativity and quality of life in general.

Here’s what I cover:

  • My discovery and theory about creativity and introversion
  • Why it helps to know our Creative Type
  • Does Myers-Briggs put us in a box?
  • What knowing your creative type means
  • How to discover your creative type
  • How to use it for collaboration
  • Which type is best type for creativity?
